Youth Learning
The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) offers various learning programs that inspire youth to lead with purpose, engage in their communities, and celebrate the strengths they bring to school and beyond. Through rich civic learning experiences and pathways to earn the State Seal of Biliteracy and the State Seal of Civic Engagement, students deepen their knowledge, build meaningful skills, and make visible contributions. These opportunities honor students’ cultural and linguistic assets while supporting their growth as informed and active community members.
