Help Me Grow Sacramento County supports the healthy development of young children by connecting local families to developmental screenings, resources, and services from birth through age five. Funded by First 5 Sacramento, the program increases awareness of developmental milestones and offers both online and in-person screenings, a centralized call center for referrals, and family advocates who help families access comprehensive supports. Through this coordinated system, Help Me Grow ensures families, early learning providers, health care partners, and community organizations can easily navigate services that promote each child’s optimal development.
