Each professional learning strand is designed to support leaders in planning and implementing programs, practices, and procedures to help them create more equitable outcomes and meet the needs of all students.

Equity Leadership Collaborative: Come Together, Lead Boldly

The year-long Equity Leadership Collaborative is designed to build the capacity of educational leaders to identify, analyze, and address root-level inequities within their schools and districts. Teams will develop equity action plans to disrupt inequitable policies and programs while learning to lead effectively through resistance.
