21CSLA Leadership Coaching for Equity is an intensive, highly individualized form of professional learning rooted in principles of adult learning, driven by the needs and context of the leader. Through coaching, leaders work to transform their dispositions, behaviors, and communications by rethinking, re-strategizing and reflecting, to create more equitable learning environments that ultimately improve success for systemically underserved students.

SCOE 21CSLA’s Leadership Coaching is designed for site, central office, and teacher leaders.

Participants will:

• Receive 25 hours of virtual, equity-focused leadership coaching at no cost.
• Be partnered with a high-quality, trustworthy, and non-evaluative coach who has lived experience in your role.
• Utilize inquiry and continuous improvement strategies with their coach to self-identified leadership goals that will promote equity for all students.
• Mutually determine dates and times of coaching sessions with their coach.
