The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) provides technical assistance, curriculum and instructional support, staff development, and more to school districts across Sacramento County. SCOE also directly serves students through its various programs. Office Location

The SCOE Personnel office is located in the Clellan “Cy” Young Building: at 10530 Mather Boulevard in Mather, CA. (No mail at this address.) Maps, directions, and mailing information are available online.

In concert with the equity imperative, the three members of the SCOE Personnel Commission administer the Merit System for classified employees, with the goal of obtaining the highest efficiency while assuring the selection and retention of the best-qualified people.
