“Basic Training for the AVID® Classroom”
“Advanced Training for the AVID® Classroom”
…are required of all tutors hired to work in AVID classrooms.
These workshops offer specialized training to enable tutors to be more effective and well-rounded in meeting student needs.
Tutors may maximize their experience and training by becoming AVID-certified. For details, see Tutor Certification.
