Weather

Total rain fall for last year, from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, was 31.53 inches, about 80% of normal. Data was collected high atop the Sly Park weather tower by our solar powered weather station.

The average daily high in the summer months is 85 degrees with overnight lows in the 50's. We usually receive less than 1/10 of an inch of precipitation during these months.

We have received 25.27 inches of precipitation so far this year, about 70% of normal. This is our second very dry year in a row.

What can I expect?

Warm summer days are here at last. Nights are cool so don't forget that outer layer.
