The Capital Service Region (Region 3) serves ten counties: Alpine, Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba.

Capital Service Region (Region 3) College-Going Rates

SCOE's Center for Student Assessment and Program Accountability (C-SAPA) has produced reports of high school graduates, "a-g" completers, and California public college/university enrollment for the state, for the ten-county Capital Service Region (Region 3), and for high schools, school districts, and counties in Region 3. Each report provides data for 2004, 2005, and 2006 (the most recent data available when the reports were generated). Data are reported by ethnic and gender groups. Continuation schools, alternative schools, charter schools, and private schools are not included.

All reports were produced in November 2007 using data retrieved from the California Postsecondary Education Commission (CPEC) Web site on September 17, 2007. New reports providing data for 2005, 2006, and 2007 are expected to be available in the fall of 2008.
