HOPE provides family-centered, comprehensive, coordinated, quality education services for children with disabilities (birth to three) and their families. HOPE is one of the oldest early intervention programs in the state - operating since 1975.
What is Offered
- Parent-professional collaboration throughout programming and management
- Consultative model of service delivery based on family choice
- Home-based assessment using a developmental, individual-difference, relationship-based model (DIR)
- Assistive technology integrated into home and daily routines promoting play independence, and social-emotional development
- Bilingual services including parent support groups

Who You Will Meet
- A variety of credentialed and non-credentialed staff including parents to meet your individual needs
When Site Is Available For Visits
- Staff available Monday - Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
