The SEEDS Project assists the California Department of Education in providing technical assistance to early childhood special education programs. With the direction of CDE, SEEDS has established a network of consultants and Visitation Sites to assist Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in providing quality services.
The SEEDS Project is contracted through the California Department of Education- Special Education Division. SEEDS has been in operation at the Sacramento County Office of Education since 1994. Our resource bank of consultants represents the diversity of California and a wealth of experience in the many disciplines and topics within early care and education.
