Diana Batista, Director, Adult Education
The Adult Education Block Grant Technical Assistance Project (AEBG TAP) provides technical assistance, professional development, coordinated communication services, and capacity building to adult education agencies throughout California. AEBG TAP supports the 71 AEBG consortia across the state by working creatively with partners to provide support for increasing adult learners’ success—in their postsecondary education, career, and in the community.
The four AEBG TAP staff members partner with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), and the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS), plus other subject matter experts.
