The Adult Education Program Technical Assistance Project provides technical assistance, professional development, coordinated communication services, and capacity building to adult education agencies throughout California. It works creatively with partners to provide support for increasing adult learners’ success—in their postsecondary education, career, and in the community.
The four TAP staff members partner with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), and the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS), plus other subject matter experts.
