In 2020, California reported approximately 5,500 opioid overdose deaths. Fentanyl alone was responsible for nearly 4,000 of them—72% of all opioid-related fatalities. The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) is committed to ensuring that schools, families, and communities have the resources and information they need to fight back against this crisis. This free, sold-out event is presented in collaboration with LC2 Productions, Friday Night Live/Club Live, Sacramento Coalition for Youth, and the Sacramento County Opioid Coalition.
