SELPA Superintendents’ Coordinating Council (SCC)

The Sacramento County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Superintendents’ Coordinating Council (SCC), is made up of a superintendent (or designee) representing each of the SELPA local educational agencies (LEAs). The SCC establishes operational procedures and makes decisions on matters regarding the administration and operation of special education programs and services.

The SCC typically meets on a quarterly basis to learn about and discuss current Sacramento County SELPA issues, including financial matters.
