Infant Development Program: Eligibility

Criteria for SCOE Infant Development Program

• A 33% delay in one area of development for children under 24 months, or
• Two 33% delays or one 50% delay in one area of development for children 24 months and older, or
• Children with a solely low incidence disability (deaf, blind, deaf/blind, or orthopedic impairment), or
• Children with a medical condition that may cause developmental delays (established risk)
