Homeless Liaisons
NAVIGATION
School districts and charter programs in California are required by law to have a homeless liaison. These experts ensure that children experiencing homelessness have equal access to education by identifying their needs, removing barriers to enrollment and attendance, and connecting them with support services. Each local education agency (LEA) is also required to publish the name and contact information of its liaison online.
