Science (K–12)

The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Science Department assists K–12 districts, schools, teachers,  students, and parents with science curriculum and instruction. The department supports students and educators with robust hands-on science experiences. By inspiring educational leaders to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education—supported by the California Common Core State Standards and the California Science Standards—SCOE hopes to equip the leaders of tomorrow with a rich appreciation for how STEM impacts everyday lives.
