Mike Renshaw, a Financial Analyst, was nominated by Business Services Manager Von Thomas for his contributions to the Sacramento County Office of Education. Mr. Renshaw provides accounting support to SCOE's Special Education Department, Infant Development Program, and Project TEACH. Among his responsibilities are preparing budgets and tracking expenditures for various grants and medical dollars generated. He completes expenditure reports for grants, attends medical collaborative meetings and helps ensure that expenditures are in line with the purpose of the grant.  Mr. Renshaw also prepares purchase requistions and follows up throughout the billing process. He is greatly appreciated by the SCOE departments he serves.  His supervisor says, "He is always there taking care of their needs and has a wonderful attitude about it. He goes out of his way to help them with their projects and deadlines."  His sense of humor and positive attitude are assets to Business Services, says his supervisor. "Mike is quick learner and always has a smile on his face." Mr. Renshaw has been a Sacramento County Office of Education employee since October 1999.
