Mathematics
The TK–12 Mathematics staff offer high-quality professional development, coaching, consulting, and technical assistance. Staff have extensive expertise in California's Common Core State Standards and the State Board of Education-adopted programs.
Math workshops and training sessions are research-based, interactive, and immediately applicable to your work. We serve a variety of audiences, including administrators, coaches, and teachers.
Services are site-based and include curriculum support, administrator and teacher coaching, coach support, as well as delivering workshops and training. Call or email for more information, or to schedule a training or consultation.
Mathematics Vision Statement
As guided by the CA Math Framework, math classrooms are active, inclusive, student-centered spaces where all learners engage in meaningful, inquiry-based, relevant tasks. ALL students develop deep understanding, apply mathematics in real-world contexts, and see themselves and each other as capable, confident mathematicians. Through Intentional collaboration, exploration, and norms that foster critical thinking and justification of reasoning, educators ensure learning is visible.
