School Plans for Student Achievement (SPSA)
The School Plans For Student Achievement (SPSA) are annual, state-required plans specifying how categorical funds will be used to address the instructional needs of students. The plans are meant to raise the academic performance of all students to the level of performance goals established under the California Academic Performance Index (API).
