There is a sufficient number of McDougal Littell, Language of Literature (1997) textbooks. However, based on the age of the materials, we believe the textbooks are not consistent with content and cycle of the state curriculum frameworks and state board adopted content standards. (The most recent State Curriculum Frameworks adoption date for Reading/Language Arts is 1999 and the State content standards were adopted in 1997.)
