Seeds of Partnership assists special educators, administrators, staff, and families involved in programs for children with disabilities. We aim to create or provide avenues and tools to increase improvement of partnerships, provide professional development resources, and tools that will assist LEAs seeking to improve their family engagement program practices and educational outcomes. This project is funded by the California Department of Education (CDE), Special Education Division (SED) and is under the auspices of the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE).
Tools and Resources
There a many resources available on the Seeds of Partnership website including tools related to the CDE Special Education Compliance Monitoring process and tools to support teaching, learning and improving partnerships. Tour the High Quality Early Learning Environment (HQELE) through a virtual interactive tour, videos clips and engaging slideshows. Scroll through the Preschool Planning Tool for ideas on strategies, goals areas and assistive technology ideas related to the California Preschool Learning Foundations Volume 1.
Informative resources from the Supporting Early Education Delivery Systems (SEEDS) website are also available in the SEEDS Legacy Resources section.
We aim to create or provide avenues and tools to increase improvement of partnerships. Initiatives we are involved with include audiences such as Special Education Division Consultants, LEAs, SELPAs, administrators, staff, and families involved in programs for children receiving special education services.
