1. The Division on Early Childhood, Council for Exceptional Children (DEC/CEC)
   DEC is an organization that holds annual conferences on young children with disabilities and their families and publishes information through several journals and their website on a variety of best practices including legal issues.
   
   
2. The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (NECTAC)
   The NECTAC Web site has a section available on legal issues relating to assistive technology and young children. Select the tab on assistive technology under the topical areas.
