Program Philosophy
Low vision and blind preschoolers need to be provided with opportunities to fully experience their environment through a team effort. The program strongly believes children with visual impairments must be independent develop personal efficacy.

Opportunities for Observation:
- Computer adaptive devices/software
- Parent communication and instructional materials
- Classroom management (i.e. IEP clipboards, curriculum testing area, calendar/schedule)

- Designated services observation (orientation and mobility, speech, adaptive physical education and occupational therapy)

- Teacher, Orientation and Mobility instructor, instructional aide, visually impaired students (ages 3-5)
