Professional Affiliations
- Mr. Eagen has been with the Sacramento County Office of Education for 11 years. He has been a teacher of the Severely Handicapped at the High School level, taught a classroom of Severely Emotionally Disturbed High School Students, and since 1997, he has been a teacher in the Infant Development Program at SCOE. Mr. Eagen’s objective has always been to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families. He continues to pursue his objective as a Region 3 Special Education Lead for the California Preschool Instructional Network. He has worked, and mostly played, with children in India, England, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Israel, and The Gambia.
