In collaboration with San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) and County Office of Education (COE), staffed-designed-developed and implemented the Early Start Program (ESP) to deliver IDEA's Part C services to children with disabilities aged 0-3 in Santa Clara County. Continue to manage the COE funded ESP program countywide (serving approximately 270 children & families). Vendorized with SARC to deliver a joint intake process for over 800 referrals to ESP per year. Vendorized w/SARC to serve additional 70-80 ESP children and families "over cap". Concurrently, as Principal at Chandler Tripp School, provide leadership to 5 preschool classes for approximately 60-70 children with disabilities specializing in orthopedic and visual disabilities.
