Dr. Sadao has been affiliated with SEEDS as a core consultant since 2001. She joined the SEEDS staff in August 2005 as a program specialist with twenty-five years experience in the field of early childhood special education. Thirteen of those years were spent in the Western Pacific Region as a technical assistance coordinator and administrator providing assistance to Head Start and Special Education programs creating services for young children with disabilities and their families. Upon her return to California in 1997, she has been a college professor and district level administrator in the Stockton area. She has presented and published extensively in the areas of interagency and interdisciplinary collaboration, assistive technology, parent perspectives, and cultural diversity. Since 2005, she has facilitated a work group focused on Assistive Technology and has developed several web-based products for the field.
