Charles Walters was the son of Hattie Behm and Ernest Walters. Hattie and Ernest were married in Michigan. The family came from Michigan to California after Charles was born. Charles died at the age of 18 from a ruptured appendix.

Charles grandfather was Emil Hitke, who is also buried at the Cemetery. Emil Hitke was the stepfather of Hattie Behm.

This information was given by Lenore ( Hitke) Johnson. She is the half- sister of Hattie Behm. Walter was her nephew.
