SCOE Personnel

Thank you for your interest in the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE). SCOE is one of 58 county offices of education in the State of California and plays a vital role in providing technical assistance, curriculum and instructional support, staff development, legal and financial advice, and oversight to school districts within Sacramento County. SCOE serves students in Special Education, Regional Occupational Programs, Juvenile Court Schools, Community Schools and other related areas.

We appreciate your interest and wish you success in your search for employment.

[SCOE Job Opportunities]

NOTE: SCOE will be migrating from its current application system to EDJOIN (Education Job Opportunities Information Network) this fall. If you have not already created an EDJOIN profile, you may want to start building one in order to apply for future SCOE positions.

The current SCOE Applicant Profile will not transfer to EDJOIN. Our existing system will be discontinued as we transition to EDJOIN. Our job notification system will also be discontinued, as EDJOIN has their own system for notifying you of available jobs. If you have questions about setting up an EDJOIN profile, please contact their job seeker help desk at (888) 900-8945.

Have a question? Learn more by reading the SCOE Personnel FAQ or the Application FAQ. If your question is still not answered, please contact the SCOE Personnel Department: scoejobs@scoe.net or (916) 228-2332.

Printed Applications

Submitting job applications online is most efficient, but printed applications are also accepted. Printed applications may be obtained in several ways:

  • Download, type into, and print the appropriate application (available in PDF format at the left side of this page). Be sure to answer any supplemental questions that may be required before mailing your printed application.
  • Pick up an application in person (maps and directions):
