Program Philosophy
All children are children first - not their handicapping condition. Interagency collaboration makes it possible to provide full inclusion opportunities for children with special needs. Children at an early age learn best from age appropriate models in a regular preschool setting.
Mission Statement
To provide a full inclusion program for children who have special needs by integrating public and private interagency collaboration in a culturally diverse setting.
