Mr. Eagen has been with the Sacramento County Office of Education since 1993. He has been a teacher at the High School level serving students with severe disabilities, and students with emotional adjustments (S.E.D.), and he enjoyed the honor and privilege of being a teacher and team member in the SCOE Infant Development Program. Mr. Eagen is the parent of a child with Learning Disabilities, and his passion and objective has always been to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families. He continues to pursue his objective as a Region 3 Special Education Lead for the California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN). He has worked, and mostly played, with children in India, England, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Israel, and The Gambia, West Africa.
